1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Centeno Air LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

Centeno Air LLC provides HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation services. Any quotes, estimates, or service descriptions provided on the Site are for informational purposes and do not constitute a final binding contract until formally agreed upon by both parties in writing or through our official booking processes.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Centeno Air LLC. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional marketing or promotional offers.

• Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
• Privacy: Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
